A comprehensive video of your possessions in digital DVD format including all rooms inside and the outside of your home, also garage and storage areas. This video captures almost all of your possessions.
Digital photographs are taken to supplement the video record. These high quality images record in detail all items of value, such as furniture, appliances, electronics, jewelry, furs, antiques, collectables, and if a business, office equipment and shop equipment.
A written record listing each item of value with a description, serial/model number, cost, estimated or appraised value.
We compile all the information into a handsome portfolio that includes a CD, DVD, hard copy of digital photos and written inventory. We recommend you keep the CD & DVD in a safe deposit box.
In addition, we keep a copy in a safe deposit box for one year from the date of your home inventory only to be used in case your copy is destroyed or lost and only with your written permission will it be given to police or an insurance agent.

 

You can simply update your written record using the Addendum supplied with your inventory.
You can send us pictures and information that we will burn to a new CD up to 2 times in the first year.
For a small fee we will continue to store the CD & DVD for 12 months. On the anniversary date of the original inventory, you can submit new information that we will burn to a CD.
We offer an annual renewal option for a small fee.

 

We guarantee in writing that all information received during the process of creating your home or business inventory is strictly confidential. Any information about you or your property will never be sold, reviewed, or released to any person or company without your written permission to make that information available.
Our business computers are offline, isolated and completely secure. All data (video, digital photos, written data) is encrypted using the AES Encryption Algorithm. All files on our computers are completely erased after the inventory has been delivered to you.
